Started in the year 1990 as 1st JK Architect of the Year Awards (1st JK AYA).

Annual Activity
    Two functions in a year
        - Jury function for winner selection
        - Award presentation function.

Participating countries:
     India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Kenya, Maldives, Mauritius, Nepal, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, Tanzania & Uganda.

JK AYA is an activity solely conducted & funded in all respects by J.K. Cement Ltd., India.

Architects covered:
    · Architects of all ages & experience.
    · From students to Sr. Citizen architects.

The participation in JK AYA is free of cost i.e. there is no participation fee. However, the cost of preparing entry material & sending the same to JK AYA secretariat at Udaipur, India is to be borne by the sender.
